- Sulit: Probably the best known service for classified online on the Philippines market. Huge database of offers, lot of users online any time of the day. A reasonably good starting point also for rental services. On the downside, sulit.com.ph is kind of hard to orientate in, with lots of aggressive advertisement. (sulit.com.ph)
- Ayosdito: A very good local competitor to Sulit. They compete in the same are – general classifieds services. The rental section is noticeably smaller, although you might find here your room or apartment faster as the site is much less cluttered. (ayosdito.ph)
- Ahyer: First rental specialist in our list. Offers quite an impressive database of long term rentals and real estate for sale in the whole South East Asia. Will be definitely appreciated by Filipinos planning to travel or live abroad. (ahyer.com)
- Moveinthecity: Another real estate specialist on the market. Moveinthecity.com is a long established trademark specializing on the local market. A definitive plus of this site is a forum with helpful members, and good categorization of the offers – you can navigate through familiar sections like dormitories, short term rentals, condominiums etc. Definitely a great spot for low budget offers and student rentals. (moveinthecity.com)
- Roomrent: Quite a recent addition to the rental classifieds market. Has a decent range of offers, especially for Manila proper and Makati. Very simple and clean interface. It might the pleasant surprise for you from this list. (roomrent.ph)
- Pinas: A great, catchy name, unfortunately the hayday of this site is long gone. I haven’t seen any news or new offers on this site for quite a while. Simply deserves a new webmaster. Adding to the list only because I’m misty-eyed for the old times (pinas.ph)
- PinoyProfessionals.com: A general topic message board and exchange platform. A good community of active users behind. In the worst case they will point you to a better site with more estate offers. (pinoyprofessionals.com)
- Update: Please avoid this site as Google shows that this site might harm your computer.
- Wahoy: A message board where everyone will find a topic. Unfortunately that also means you’ll have hard time to locate serious and trustworthy offers on the market. Design? Welcome to the 1996! (wahoy.com)
- Craigslist: World famous Craiglist has a designated section for the Philippines. As far as I know, you will not find here genuine owners offers, but mostly offers from real estate agents. Might be good idea, if you’re a foreigner looking for higher budget options. (craigslist.org)
- Olx: Another international giant. A great site, don’t get me wrong. I place it last as again the Philippines devoted section is only a subsection of the whole site and is largely auto-translated, thus resulting in not so friendly interface. (olx.com)
