Have you ever wondered whether you could squeeze some new uses out of classic household items? As a kid I used to sleep in the basket for the dirty clothes but I was thinking of more grown up, hygienic ideas now.
Ok, so an outdoor canopy gives you shade and shelter. That’s all well and good but who wants shade and shelter when you can have strawberries? These look great for zipping up and using to grow fruit under. If it gets too sunny and you really want some shade then you can hunker down there with the berries (yes, I know strawberries aren’t technically berries).
I know that with fluorescent light fixtures you can get a great lighting effect in your home but do they work for lighting up rave parties or for sending secret messages to people who live near you by switching them on and off?
I haven’t yet used tempurpedic pillows so I might be getting the wrong end of the stick here, but could you possibly use them to create body art? I have been informed – perhaps rightly, perhaps wrongly – that they retain the shape of the body part which touches them (which would traditionally be your head I am guessing). Could you use them to mould the form of your head into lamps and garden statues?
Once I work out what a speedy muffler is I’ll work on some alternative uses for it. I don’t want to stick my neck out here but does it muffle things in a not entirely unspeedy way?
I ain’t going be doing anything with classic cheesecakes except eating them in a classic, wolfish manner. I only mention them here because I haven’t tasted one in years. They used to be my favourite dessert of all time but I haven’t even seen one in ages. I guess I will need to look up the recipe online. Actually, I have always wondered whether they really use cheese in them or not . I just had a peek and they use cream cheese, and apparently they have been popular for centuries. I think I have just discovered a use for my canopy strawberries.
