I haven’t been to school, university, college or any other centre of learning for a long time now. However, maybe it is time to do just that and broaden my mind slightly.
I could learn how to control heavy machinery and then offer crane services? Wouldn’t that be fun? I can imagine myself way up in the sky lifting and dropping up really heavy things all day. It sounds more like a game than a job to be honest and if i tell too many people how entertaining it is I might find that everyone wants to work with this kind of thing.
Where do food manufacturers go to learn their trade? I only ask because I would like to learn how to flash freeze stuff and make things like fish fingers. You never hear of anyone making their own fish fingers, do you? Is this because they are really hard to make? I just had a look online and it doesn’t look so difficult after all, so maybe I don’t need the classes at all.
Do you need to study a lot to join the ranks of antique book appraisers? I mean, there are a lot of books about and I don’t even know any more than about 0.001% of them These guys and girls must read all day long and to be honest I like reading but not that much. Can you imagine the embarassment if you do this job and then when someone comes in with an obscure tome you need to admit that you have no admit what it is or how much it is worth?
What about some dirt bike classes? This has got to be a fun kind of learning material and I can imagine getting ready for classes by putting on my muddy trousers and big boots. If only History classes at school had been so fun and so muddy I might have been encouraged to learn more about, well, whatever it is the lessons were about.
